Antipasti platter
Our antipasti platter is a selection of Italian meats and cheese that changes daily. Today we are featuring (name each meat and cheese), it is served with (list the accompaniments) it is delicious and very traditional way to begin and Italian dining experience.
Baked clams oreganata
Baked clams are and Italian American favorite, our baked clams organists features two fresh stuffed quahogs stuffed and baked to a light crunchy golden brown crust, served with oregano-infused butter
Beef carpaccio
Made with herb crusted and seared flier mignon, it is sliced paper thin, topped with dots of spicy aioli, shaved parm, pickled shallots, fried capers, and an arugula salad.
Trattoria salad
Is a simple, fresh salad. It is mix of lettuces aith shaved garden veggies, tender confit tomatoes, and cucumbers finished with red wine vinaigrette.
Burrata cheese
Our burrata cheese would be a delicious app for the table or a good starter salad. It has one piece of burrata cheese. We slice the cheese open table-side so that the rich, creamy center of the cheese oozes out. It is served with an arugula salad, and toasted bread, and red wine-soaked onions. I suggest you spread the creamy burrata with the dressed arugula and Onions on the toasted bread and eat it like toast. It’s incredible.
Ceased salad
Green salad if baby little gem romaine lettuce, served in a whole piece rather then chopped. It’s tossed with thyme-herbed croutons and dressed with a classic ceased dressing. It is finished with pieces of crispy pecorino-Romano cheese
Crispy arancini
Are traditional Italian street food. They are ball of risotto, stuffed with creamy Taleggio cheese and savory braised short rib. We roll them in bread crumbs and fry them to a crispy golden brown, they are served over a bed of pomodoro and béchamel sauce
Crispy calamari
Very tender and fried to a crisp golden brown. It is tossed with a fried cherry peppers and lemon, served over our smooth house-made pomodoro sauce, and drizzled with a creamy garlic aioli.
Has all parts of the squid
Escarole soup
Hearty and comforting, out escarole soup is a great way to begin your meal. The broth is flavored with parm, Italian sausage, garlic and onion and is finished with our freshly made conchiglie pasta and sautéed escarole. It is very similar to and Italian wedding soup.
Marinated olives
In Italy and all over the Mediterranean coast, marninated olives are popular “antipasto” or snack. Our olives are imported from Italy and are marinated with Calabrian chili’s, city’s, and a blend of savory herbs. They are a perfect started for the whole table to enjoy.
Meatballs on Sunday gravy
Our meatballs are served in our Sunday gravy, a slow simmered tomato sauce with rich, delicious texture and flavor. Three meatballs are served per order, they are topped with a creamy herbed ricotta
3-3oz meatballs made from beef, veal and pork per order.
New England mussels
We use New England black mussels, which are large, plump and juicy. They are served in the spicy tomato broth with fennel and Italian sausage and accompanied by toasted Crostinis
Caputo pie
Out caputo pie is one of our signature items. It is hand crafted from scratch, using freaky ground chicken molded into the shape of a pizza crust. It is breaded and fried so that it is soft and juicy inside, with a crispy crust in the outside, it is topped with house-made pomodoro sauce, and a bubbly 3-cheese topping. A turkey savory rendition of 2 American classics - chicken parm and pizza.
