CVS:
1. Increase in BP and HR
CNS:
2. Resp Depression or apnoea
3. Emergence reactions (nightmares, restlessness, vivid dreams, confusion, hallucinations, irrational behaviour)
4. Enhanced skeletal muscle tone
5. Nausea and vomiting
Ocular:
6. Diplopia (double vision) and nystagmus with slight increase in intraocular pressure
Other:
7. Local pain at injection site
8. Lacrimation
9. Salivation

  4. Tachyarrythmias (inc AF and SVT)
  5. Seizures
  6. Extrapyramidal reactions
  7. Visual disturbances (inc transient loss of vision)
