A
Hypovolaemic shock without adequate fluid replacement

- Suspected dissecting aortic aneurysm
- Chest pain with associated psychostimulant OD if SBP >160

- Known hypersensitivity
- SBP <110 mmHg for tablet
- SBP <90 mmHg for patch
- Sildenafil Citrate (Viagra) or Vardenafil (Levitra) in past 24 hours, or Tadalafil (Cialis) in past 4 days. -PDE5 inhibitors
- HR >150 bpm
- HR <50 bpm (excluding autonomic dysreflexia)
- VT
- Inferior STEMI with SBP < 160 mmHg
- Right ventricular MI

- Known hypersensitivty to Atropine or its derivatives

- Pre-existing renal disease/impairment

- Personal or family history of malignant hyperthermia

- Paracetamol already administered with in past 4 hours
- Total paracetamol intake in past 24 hours exceeding 4g (adults) or 60mg/kg (children)
- Chest pain in suspected ACS

- Circulatory collapse (cool, pale, clammy skin, tachycardia, hypotension)
- CNS depression
- Previous hypersensitivity
- Children
