Excessive release of ADH, causing body to retain fluid

A

Hyponatremia
Dyspnea d/t pulmonary edema
Increased osmolality in urine
Decreased osmolality in blood
Bounding pulses
Crackles
HTN

A

Vasopressin antagonist (tolvaptan, conivaptan)
Loop diuretic (furosemide)
