Truncal obesity
Weight gain
Dependent edema
Altered Emotional State (irritability, depression)
Slow wound healing, thin frail skin
Striae on extremities (purplish)

Hypokalemia
Thinning balding hair
Decreased libido

Monitor for infection (use neutropenic precautions)
