Clinical presentation with anterior shoulder pain that radiates distally down the arm over bicep muscle
(1) Aggravated by lifting, pulling, overhead activity
Physical exam
-(1) Visual
—(a) Shoulder will appear normal on inspection typically
-(2) Neurovascular status
—(a) Neurovascular intact
-(3) Palpation
—(a) Tender to palpation in the bicipital groove of the humerus
-(4) Special tests
—(a) Speeds

(1) Mainstay of treatment:
(a) NSAIDs
(b) Ice
(c) Duty/activity modification
(d) Physical therapy/HEP
(2) If rupture is suspected then ortho consult
