CR for AP Shoulder? (int, ext, neut)
perp, 1” inferior to coracoid
CR for Scap Y, Shoulder?
perp to scapulohumeral joint
CR for AP Clavicle?
perp to mid-shaft of clavicle
CR for AP Axial Clavicle?
lordotic: 0-15 cephalic , standing: 15-45 ceph, supine: 15- 30 cephalic
CR for AP Scapula?
perp to mid scapula, 2” inferior to coracoid process
CR for Lateral Scapula?
(AP) perp to scapulohumeral joint, exiting perp to mid-medial border of protruding scapula (reverse for AP)
CR for Grashey, AP Oblique shoulder?
perp to glenoid cavity, 2” medial/distal to superior part of shoulder
CR for Intertubercular groove? Fisk mod?
10-15 posterior to long axis of humerus (supine) , Fisk: perp to cassette when pt leaning forward 10-15 degrees
CR for Inferosuperior Axial, Lawrence?
horizontally thru axilla to region of AC articulation w/ medial angulation of 15-30 depending on how much pt can abduct arm (greater abduction: greater angle)
CR for AC joints, Pearson?
perp to AC joint (single), jugular notch (double)
