10-15 posterior to long axis of humerus (supine) , Fisk: perp to cassette when pt leaning forward 10-15 degrees

A

horizontally thru axilla to region of AC articulation w/ medial angulation of 15-30 depending on how much pt can abduct arm (greater abduction: greater angle)
