Perp to IR entering 2” inferior to ASIS affected side …. For iliopubic column and posterior rim acetabulum

Perp to ir, entering pubic symph….. For ilioischial column and anterior rim acetabulum …. Modified Judet is cross table so pt does not have to lie on affected hip
