I: superior facet of greater tubercle of humerus
N: suprascapular (C5-7)
A: initial abduction
Infraspinatus
O: infraspinous fossa of scapula
I: middle facet of greater tubercle of humerus
N: suprascapular nerve (C5-7)
A: ER of arm
Teres Minor
O: lateral border of scapula
I: inferior facet of greater tubercle of humerus
N: axillary nerve (C5-6)
A: ER of arm
Teres Major
O: dorsal surface of inferior angle of scapula
I: intertubercular groove of humerus

A: adducts and IR arm
Biceps Brachii
O: coracoid process/ supraglenoid tubercle

A: flexes elbow (that is supinated), supination, weak shoulder flexor
Brachialis
O: distal part of anterior surface of humerus
I: cornoid process and tuberostiy of ulna
N: musculocutaneous nerve (C5-7)
A: flexes forearm in ALL positions
Coracobrachialis
O: tip of coracoid process
I: medial surface of humerus
N: musculocutaneous nerve (C5-7)
A: flexion/adduction of arm
Triceps Brachii
O: infraglenoid tubercle, posterior surface of humerus (superior and inferior to radial groove)
I: olecranon
N: radial nerve (C5-T1)
A: extends forearm
Anconeus
N: radial nerve (C5-T1)
A: assists triceps in extending forearm
Pronator Teres
O: medial epicondyle/ ulnar coronoid process
I: middle of radius
N: median nerve (C6-T1)
A: pronation
Flexor Carpi Radialis
O: medial epicondyle
I: base of 2nd metacarpal bone
N: median nerve (C6-T1)
A: flexes and abducts it (radial deviation)
Palmaris Longus
O: medial epicondyle
I: flexor retinaculum/ palmar aponeurosis
N: median nerve (C6-T1)
A: flexes wrist/ tightens palmar aponeurosis
Flexor Carpi Ulnaris
O: medial epicondyle / olecranon
I: pisiform, hanmate and 5th metacarpal bone
N: ulnar nerve (C7-T1)
A: flexes wrist and adducts (ulnar deviation)
Flexor Digitorum Superficialis
O: medial epicondyle/ anterior border of radius
I: middle phalanges of medial 4 digits (medial and lateral sides)
N: medial nerve (C6-T1)
A: flexes middle phalanges; can flex proximal phalanges at MCP joint
