  • Flashing yellow any sequence that can’t be confused with a white light in the region. ODAS 5(Fl) 20 seconds
  • Any shape but directional cannot conflict

- Laying, Servicing or picking up navigation mark, submarine, or cable

-Engaged in launching recovery of aircraft
- engaged in mine clearance operations
- engaged in towing operations
