BLOW JOB
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Bailey’s
Top Whipped Cream
Shot glass. Mixing cup with 3-5 cubes of ice. Pour ingredients. Swirl and strain into shot glass.

1/2 oz. Bailey’s
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
Shooter Glass. Pour the heaviest ingredient . Using a bar spoon, gently pour the next heaviest ingredient, being careful not to allow the second ingredient to mix with the first. Continue pouring the next heaviest ingredient until all ingredients have been poured.
(The order indicated in this recipe is the order in which the ingredients should be poured!)

1/2 oz. Bailey’s
1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Frangelico
Top Whipped Cream
Shot glass. Mixing cup with 3-5 cubes of ice. Pour ingredients. Swirl and strain into shot glass.
BOILERMAKER
1/2 mug Beer
1 oz. Bourbon
Pour Bourbon in Shot glass and drop in mug of Beer.
BRAIN HEMMORAGE
1 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1 teaspoon Bailey’s Irish Cream
1-2 drops Grenadine
Shot glass. Pour the heaviest ingredient . Using a bar spoon, gently pour the next heaviest ingredient, being careful not to allow the second ingredient to mix with the first. Continue pouring the next heaviest ingredient until all ingredients have been poured.
(Peach Schnapps can also be used instead of Peppermint Schnapps. This recipe is also known as Blood Brain Hemmorage or Abortion.)
BUTTER BABY
1/2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
1/2 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
Shot glass. Mixing cup with 3-5 cubes of ice. Pour ingredients. Swirl and strain into shot glass.
CEMENT MIXER
1 oz. Bailey’s
Drop Rose’s Lime juice
Shot glass. Mixing cup with 3-5 cubes of ice. Pour ingredients. Swirl and strain into shot glass.
CHOCOLATE CAKE
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Frangelico
Shaker with Ice. Pour liquors and Shake. Garnish with sugar-coated Lemon Wedge.
COWBOY/COWGIRL
1/2 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
1/2 oz. Float Bailey’s Irish Cream
DROP CHARGE
1/2 glass Beer
1 shot Liquor
Liquor/Liqueur according to the recipe. Drop shot into the Beer.
DR. PEPPER
1/2 mug Beer
3/4 oz. Amaretto
1/4 oz. 151 Rum
Place 3/4 oz. Amaretto into a shot glass. Float/Layer 1/4 oz. Bacardi 151 on top of the Amaretto.
Light the Bacardi as to set it on fire.
Quickly drop the shot glass with Amaretto and Bacardi into the Beer and shoot.
DUCK FART
1/3 oz. Kahlua
1/3 oz. Bailey’s
1/3 oz. Crown Royal Canadian Whiskey
Shot glass or Pousse Cafe glass. Pour the heaviest ingredient. Using a bar spoon, gently pour the next heaviest ingredient, being careful not to allow the second ingredient to mix with the first. Continue pouring the next heaviest ingredient until all ingredients have been poured.
FIREBALL
1 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps
5-6 drops Tabasco
Shot glass. Mixing cup with 3-5 cubes of ice. Pour ingredients. Swirl and strain into shot glass.
FLAMING DR. PEPPER
3/4 oz. Amaretto
1/4 oz. 151 Rum
1/2 glass Beer
Fill a shot glass about 3/4 full with amaretto and top it off with enough 151 proof rum to be able to burn.
Place the shot glass in another glass and fill the outer glass with beer (right up to the level of the shot glass).
Ignite the Amaretto/151 and let it burn for a while. Blow it out and slam it.
