BLACK JAMAICAN
Fill Ice
1 1/2 oz. Myers’s Rum
1/2 oz. Tia Maria
Rocks /Highball glass with Ice or Brandy Snifter. Pour liquor. Pour liqueur. Stir stick.
AMARETTO SOUR
1 1/2 oz Amaretto
Fill Sweet n’ Sour
Pour Amaretto then Fill with Sour Mix. Garnish with Cherry.
BLACK RUSSIAN
Fill Ice
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Kahlua
Rocks /Highball glass with Ice or Brandy Snifter. Pour liquor. Pour liqueur. Stir stick.
BLUE MAGARITA
Fill Ice 1 oz. Tequila 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao 1/8 oz. Rose's Lime juice 2 oz. Sweet n' Sour
BLENDED
Metal mixing cup, 1 small scoop of ice. Pour liquor. Pour sweet and sour. Blend 3 - 5 seconds in flash blender. Strain into chilled glass. Garnish with Lime.
BUILT
Collins/Hurricane glass. Pour liquor. Pour sweet and sour/ fruit juice. Add soda. Garnish with Lime.
(Margarita glass can also be used instead of Bucket glass.)
BRAVE BULL
Fill Ice
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Kahlua
Rocks /Highball glass with ice or Brandy Snifter. Pour liquor. Pour liqueur. Stir stick.
CAIPIRINHA
Fill Ice
2 tablespoon (Granulated) Sugar
1 (8 wedges) Lime
2 1/2 oz. Cachaca
Muddle the sugar into the lime wedges in an old-fashioned glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the cachaca into the glass. Stir well.
COLORADO BULLDOG
Fill Ice 1 1/2 oz. Vodka 1/2 oz. Kahlua 1 1/2 oz. Cream Splash Coke
Rocks /Highball glass with ice or Brandy Snifter. Pour liquor. Pour liqueur. Pour cream, if indicated.
MUDSLIDE
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
Serve in a bucket glass over ice
Garnish with a Cherry
(This recipe can be Layered or you can Shake and Strain.)
WASHINGTON APPLE
1 oz. Crown Royal Canadian Whiskey
1 oz. Apple Pucker
Splash Cranberry Juice
Shake with ice and strain into rocks glass.
DIRTY MOTHER
Fill Ice
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Kahlua
Rocks /Highball glass with ice or Brandy Snifter. Pour liquor. Pour liqueur. Garnish with a stir stick, if indicated.
DIRTY WHITE MOTHER
Fill Ice
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Kahlua
Fill Cream
Rocks /Highball glass with ice or Brandy Snifter. Pour liquor. Pour liqueur. Pour cream. Garnish with a stir stick, if indicated.
DRY MANHATTAN
Fill Ice
1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
2 oz. Bourbon
Rocks glass, ice. Pour Vermouth. Pour liquor. Garnish with an Olive.
Chilled Stemmed Cocktail glass can also be used instead of Ice filled Rocks glass.
EXTRA DRY MARTINI ROCKS
Fill Ice
0-1 drop Dry Vermouth
2 oz. Gin
Rocks glass, ice. Pour Vermouth. Pour liquor. Garnish with an Olive and Stir stick.
Vodka can be used instead of Gin.
DRY ROB ROY
Fill Ice
1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
2 oz. Scotch
Rocks glass, ice.Pour Vermouth. Pour liquor. Garnish with an Olive.
Chilled Stemmed Cocktail glass can also be used instead of Ice filled Rocks glass.
