How are denominations/divisions in faith a good thing?
Divisions in religion are not necessarily a bad thing because it helps people to relate to their faith and allows them to be challenged. It challenges their beliefs, ultimately making them stronger.
How are decisions a bad thing?
They can cause conflict which can be problematic as there may be violence caused by the disagreements.
How does Allah communicate with humans?
Through prophethood (Risalah).
What is a prophet?
A prophet (rasul) is a messenger chosen by Allah to teach, train and guide people to follow him. Prophets are human and not to be worshiped, all prophets are equal to eachother. Sunnis believe that Muhammad is the last prophet.
What is the Qur’an and why is it so important?
It is the last and most important book of guidance that was revealed through prophet Mohammad.
Though other books have been revealed to prophets, only the Qur’an is in its original form in Arabic, meaning it has the literal words of Allah.
