A

1** Lap cholecystectomy

  1. Oral bile salts - dissolves stones but not for acute cholecystitis b/c takes months to work and have to be able to get into GB
  2. Contact dissolution
  3. Extracorporial lithotripsy - sound waves

Infected pancreatic necrosis - hard to differentiate from the acute pancreatitis itself
Pancreatic insuff:
- Steatorrhea
- Diabetes
