Social Isolation
Complete or near complete lack of contact with people and society for members of a social species
Open-coupled individuals
Usually happy with their orientation, have one primary partner for themselves, but may also seek additional sexual contacts outside the relationship
Close-coupled relationships
Involve partners who are involved with each other only and who are in general happy with their sexual orientation

Motivation can occur because a person wants:
- Feeling of being valued by a partner

Controversies of orgasms
Capacity of women to experience orgasms during sexual intercourse
Contrast between vaginal and clitoral orgasms (vaginal being the more mature)

Seen as a focal point for orgasms for some women and a few men
Aphrodisiacs
Food, drink or drug that stimulates sexual desire, also causes excitement.
Examples include: onions and potatoes (food) Viagra and Cialis possible for older men and women who experience difficulties (drugs)
Homophobia
Is an often-used term that may not describe the hostility and discrimination that is experienced by those involved in same sex relationships
