A

Failure - precipitating (physical, psychological, life events)/predisposing (false beliefs, trauma, unrealistic expectations)
Fear of failure - self perpetuating (loss of confidence, spectatoring, guilt or shame)/partner perpetuating (pressure to perform, communication breakdown)

Specific directions for sexual behaviour e.g. sensate focus, dilator therapy, stop-start

Female - oestrogen/testosterone, lubricants, clitoral therapy device
