Set Solo: Biomechanics - Push floor to standing (brush into arabesque)

A

Centre of Gravity -> outside your base of support
Balance -> directed to be off-balance
Base of Support -> small, flat left food when leg brushes
Motion -> “continual motion”
Transfer of Weight -> partial transfer as right foot brushes through, close to left leg
Equilibrium-> it is a true falling motion when arabesque reaches a point before body turns and the centre of gravity moves outside of the base of support.
