Flaming nematodes

• 10x dialed in, center nematode
• take the slide out using the stage clip without changing the stage control so it stay in the same place
• move the tip of a flame back and forth 5 times (10 times one way) in a quick motion underneath the slide
• allow to cool for a moment so that the heat does not cause steam
• if falimg has altered/dried the sample use a fresh drop for main assessment
