What is the purpose of Service Transition?
To move services from the service design stage into production, ensuring it is tested against original requirements.
What does Transition Planning and Support do?
Provides planning and coordination for service transition by putting into action the SDP that is passed from service design to service transition.
What is Change Management responsible for?
Controlling the lifecycle of changes to services, and minimising risks involved.
What is the change governance body known as?
CAB (Change Advisory Board)
What are the 3 types of changes the CAB will deal with?
Normal changes, standard changes, emergency changes.
What is the purpose of Service Asset and Configuration Management?
To control the assets used to deliver services, where they are and what they are being used for.
