Rheumatoid arthritis with a negative rheumatoid factor, may be associated with HLA B27, usually asymmetric, involves the axial skeleton with enthesitis (inflammation at sites where tendons or ligaments insert into the bone) and extra articular features

Classification:

  • ankylosing spondylitis
  • psoriatic arthritis
  • reactive arthritis
  • IBD arthritis
