A

Avascular necrosis of cartilaginous septum

= saddle nose deformity

A

Bilateral, red swelling arising from the nasal septum

Can differentiate from deviated septum by probing the swelling - septal haematoma will be boggy, septum is firm

A

Aspirated and tamponade
