A
elevated lactate and the need for vasopressors after (2L) adequate resuscitation

what is sirs criteria?
A
fever or hypothermia, pulse rate >90, tachypnea, leukocytosis (WBC >12,000)

A
delay abx

A
norepi (levophed) because a and B adrenergic effects result in peripheral vasoconstriction and cardiac intropy
