Tachycardia (or brady)
Tachypnoea (or brady)
Oligouria
Cool extremities/colour changes
Lethargic, irritable, confused
Vomiting

Management

A
Maintain airway
High flow O2
Obtain IV access - use IO needle if needs be
Fluids - beware of overload (give inotropes)
High dose broad spectrum abx:
cefotaxime >3m
ceftriaxone <3m
correct hypoglycaemia
