Clinical features
A
MaNote: overdiagnosed
Vomiting, diarrhoea (watery stools, may be bloody), failure to thrive
May have urticarial, stridor or bronchospasm
Very rarely anaphylaxis
PMH of eczema, FH of allergies

Diagnosis
A
Clinical, symptoms should subside within a week of withdrawing cow’s milk
Child should be rechallenged after a period of time (in hospital if original symptoms severe)

Management
A
Hydrolysed protein formula milk
In most cases, resolves withing 1-2 years
