  • IV access 2x14g cannula
  • bloods- FBC, G+S, CRP, LFT, U&Es, blood gas, cultures
  • fluids (restricted)- up to 500mls crystalloid fluids
  • urinary catheter- 0.5 mls/kg/hr
  • obs every 3-5 mins
  • fluid balance chart
