A
- delay due to extended arms
- gentle hold on the sacrum
- rotate baby 90
- gently sweep arm down
- rotate baby 180
- gently sweep other arm down
- rotate baby back 90 and allow breech to hang

Mauriceau Smellie Viet Manoeuvre
A
- drape baby over forearm, place 2 fingers on cheekbones
- middle finger placed on occiput
- with contraction, slowly stand up encouraging the face to birth sweeping the perineum
