Contact ground requesting Airport police or police on arrival.
Provide as much detail as possible about passengers involved and why you suspect something is wrong.
Keep written records of the event and submit to Corporate security office.

Disruptive passengers power to restrain

A

Can be used to protect safety of aircraft, maintain good order on board or deliver passenger to authorities on ground.
Power to restrain can be ordered by the captain they can also request assistance from passengers.
In doing this you are immune from prosecution if you have acted reasonably

Three levels of disruptive passenger policy

A

Level 1: verbal warning issued to the passenger by the crew. Firm but non threatening in its delivery
Level 2: Final written warning. Read through with the passenger by the crew.
Level 3: situation continuing to escalate. Commander decides the course of action. If communication isn’t possible and action needs to be escalated to prevent danger to life or aircraft.

Smoking on board

A

Level 1: Captain is notified, passenger is identified and cigarette end is found.
Level 2: Final written warning is issued to the passenger.
Level 3: Commander will request police to meet aircraft on arrival. Reports to be completed ready for pax handover on arrival.

A

Level 1: Disruptive suspicious threatening or abusive. (Includes smoking drunkenness or not fastening seatbelt when required).
Level 2: physically abusive. This is where cuffing can be used.
Level 3: life threatening behaviour.
Level 4: Attempted flight deck breach

A

Identify: Source and type of fire
Attack: Don equipment and Fight fire.
Fire fighter/Communicator/Assist
Inform: Commander of fire, type, colour, location, intensity, duration. Passenger location, emergency equip use. If under control or not.
Electrics: Pull cbs and turn off electrics to the area switched off by the flight crew.
