A

TSP act as the principle designer. Dave acts as a representative of the principle designers and I act as a designer who prepares documents for Dave to sign off as the principle designers representative.

How does TSP act as a trading account?

A

TSP does not get given a budget for staff. Instead, TSP charges the council a flat rate for each grade based upon the hourly rate of the position and a number of overheads. The overheads include things such as training, provision of equipment etc.
