Congress can coin money, collect taxes, regulating commerce, raise and maintain army, and declare war

Not listed in the Constitution but are logical extensions of expressed powers
Implied powers
Powers recognized as naturally belonging to all govt that conducts the business of a sovereign nation (NATURALLY)
Inherent Powers
Not listed/mentioned in Constitution but belong to the states because doesn’t delegate to federal govt
Reserved Powers
Power held by national govt and the state govt at same time
Concurrent powers

25 years old
US citizen for 7 years
A resident in the state he resides in
Qualification of Senate
30 years old
US citizen for 9 years
Reside in the state he represents
Qualification of President
35 years old
Lived in country for 14 years
Natural born citizen
