5) Proceed to cold shutdown (1102.016) or return unit to power (1102.002)

1) Throttle HPI < 525 gpm for emergency ops
2) If only one HPI train available and RCS pressure > 600 psig, throttle HPI block with highest flow to within 20 gpm of next highest
3) If 2 HPI trains in service and total flow > 450 gpm then throttle HPI flow to < 500 gpm.
What are alarm limits for LPI Flow and what actions are taken?
- LPI Flow Hi/LO received when LPI flow > 3750 gpm
- LPI Flow Lo when < 2800 gpm or breaker open 35 seconds after ES signal
If flow is high with ES signal, manually throttle LPI flow < 3750 gpm
