- Keep manual use to a minimum as it damages O-ring
What should be done before removing the fuel nozzles after refueling?
- Make sure Refuel Valve Control Switch is in the CLOSED position
- MAKE SURE ALL VALVES ARE CLOSED
What is the procedure to add oil to an APU?
- Make sure APU selector (p5) is OFF and attach a DO NOT OPERATE tag
- Slowly add oil until level is FULL
What does the 12 o’clock position mean on hydraulic power indicate?

- Position of the safety valve
What indicates the lock/unlock condition of the PCA?
A silver indicator in the lock indication window on the Unlock LVDT
- IF LOCKED - Not visible
- IF UNLOCKED - visible
What does the manual shut-off valve do for the MLG do?
Permits you to stop the hydraulic flow to the steering lock PCA to disable MLG steering.
What needs to happen to show a MLG gear status msg on EICAS?
- Failure in MLG Component
- Steering/Locking PCA is disabled
When does the landing gear display show all 3 gears on EICAS?
- Disagreement between landing gear lever and gear position (more than 40s)
- Landing gear doors are open (during alt extension or ground operation)

- RH (Green) - Brakes
