fail -> secondary modern school (practical based subjects e.g cooking for girls/bricklaying for boys)

fail-> technical school (learn skills + trades)
Why were the questions on the exam an advantage for mc students
the questions were based off mc knowledge e.g Shakespeare, poetry classical music
