CV - A CV is a personal document that an applicant creates in their on style. It gives details about education, jobs, skills, achievements and interests.

interviews - check facts in CV form, asl follow up questions and observe body language.
stage 4 of selection
reference - check facts in CV form with previous employer and check attendance attitude and work ethic.
stage 5 of selection
assessment - checking skills e.g typing skills and assessing working under pressure, working with others
stage 6 of selection
psychometric testing - assessing physical and intelligence abilities e.g height, weight, speed, strength, intellect and problem solving skills.
