EPISODIC behavior changes, automatism, post even confusion, non-direct behavior, confusion resolving spontaneously in minutes or hrs.
seuizure usually have post confusion, with which seizure as an exception
Absence: no confusion afterwards
aberrant behavior, no post event confusion, direct aggression, emotional trigger, secondary gain, not responsive to tx

what is a good test to detect epilepsy
MRI: you can see parts of brain that is using more oxygen and glucose–>hyperactive area–>correlates with seizure
