AP = PB 
Segment AP (squiggle above =) is congruent to segment PB 

And P is the midpoint of segment AB

The bisector of a segment is a line, segment, Ray or plane that intersects the segment at its midpoint. Line L is a bisector of segment AB. Segment PQ and plane X also bisect segment AB.
