- parkinson’s disease
- known lewy body dementia
- previous dystonic reaction to droperidol
- pts < 8yrs

- suspected sepsis (consultation required)

- Sedation medication DTP have been reviewed?
- Clinical Consultation required?
- Clinician at the patients head to monitor airway and physical condition?
- Defib pads/ECG prepped on the patient?
- Resuscitation equipment immediately available?
- All sedation team members (QPS incl) have been briefed?
