If you are searching place or vehicle, constable may detain any person who is at the place or in the vehicle at the time of the search

Seizure of items in plain view
Any constable exercising a search power or is lawfully in a place may seize any item they find in plain view if the officer has RGTB they could have seized the items with a search warrant or other search power
