Power - combination of speed & strength
Reaction time - time it takes to respond to a stimulus
Agility - ability to change direction at speed and under control
Balance - even distribution of weight from the centre of the body
Co-ordination - the ability to move two or more body parts at one time
Speed - how fast you cover a set distance (distance/time)

Cardiovascular endurance - the ability to exercise for a long period of time without tiring
Muscular endurance - the ability to use muscles for a long period of time
Body composition - ratio of bone, fat and muscle
Muscular strength - the maximum force a muscle can exert
Flexibility - the range of movement at a joint
