*17. Standby attitude indicator Checked
a. Unlock and uncage the gyro and observe that the warning flag is out of view and that the indication is completely stabilized within 3 minutes
b. Place standby attitude switch to the INS BUS position and observe that the warning flag remains out of view.
c. Adjust caging knob to obtain desired outcome h presentation
d. Place standby attitude indicator switch to OFF, and observe the warning flag appears
e. Standby attitude indicator gyro - Caged and locked
- Crew entrance door Checked
a. Door handle - check hooks for over center travel
b. Rotating shaft - Check alignment, no excessive movement
c. Closure - Movement, fit
d. Seal, rope, telescopic arm - General condition
