Q

Briefly explain benefits planning

A
  • Ensures all elements of the benefit of the project can be realised
  • Benefits profile: description, type, owner, similar to requirements catalogue
  • Benefit dependency network: benefits rarely occur in isolation, one must occur before another realised
  • Tracking procedures: process for monitoring + reporting of benefits

Needs to take place before shift to BAU
