What are the measurements of A4 paper?

Cartridge paper
Textured surface, good all rounder, sketching with pencils, crayon, pastels, inks and watercolours
Solid white board
High quality bleached surface, good for printing, primary packaging

Thin, translucent, sketching ideas
Mount board
Mount drawings and photos , framing, presentation
Bleed-proof paper
When ink is used on it, it doesn’t bleed
I.e used with felt tips and marker pens

Secondary packaging, fluted inner core, sandwiched between two outer layers

Translucent, copying/tracing images
Duplex board
Different colour and texture on each side, printing side is smooth, used in food packaging
Grey board
Rigid, covered with paper, graphics are printed onto it, used for game boards, books
Lamination
Adding another layer
Aluminium
Keeps air out, flavours in, graphics can be printed on it, used for food packaging, recyclable
Polythene
Can coat paper to make it waterproof
Used for paper cups
Polystyrene
Stiff, lightweight
Used for mounting posters, models, foam core board
