Health belief model
A theoretical model that proposes that personal beliefs or perceptions mostly influence health behavior. people must believe there is a threat to their health and that there is a preventive measure that is accessible and low risk
Social learning theory
Observing the behaviors of another person the consequences of that behavior
Social cognitive theory
Behavior is product of personal factors,environmental & human behavior exert on one another
TTM
Describes behavior change as a process that unfolds over time in various stages not all was in linear behavior
