- Depression, seizures
- Weakness
- Calcification all over the body

A
PTH activates RANKL and it binds to RANK receptor. activating Osteoclasts.

What is ‘brown tumor?’
A
A fibrotic part of the bone created after fractures healing with fibrotic tissue.
Giant cells and hemosiderin laden macrophages.

What is ‘von Recklinghausen disease’ ?
A
A more advanced stage bone disease, occurs after the bone underwent cystic changes called ‘Osteitis Fibrosa Cystica’
