1. Neoplasem - tumors secreting more then one hormone - Cortizol as well as Androgens.
2. CAH - A lack of an enzyme needed to produce Cortizol - androgens produced instead. AR. 90% are 21 hydroxylase deficiency.

1. Salt wasting - If there are no MC at all - detected at birth
2. Simple virilizing adrenogenitales - if some enzymatic activity - display man like body and hair pattern. leads to early detection with girls
3. Non-classic adrenogenitalism - if almost full enzymatic activity - usually detected during puberty.
