-SEC is a united states government agency responsible for enforcing federal securities laws, regulating the securities industry, and overseeing the country’s stock and options exchanges

  • XBRL( Extensible business reporting language) reporting is a standardized format for financial reporting that is used by companies to submit their financial statements and other business information to the SEC in the US.

XBRL allows companies to tag their financial data with standardized definitions and codes, making it easier for stakeholders to analyze and compare financial data across companies and industries.
