5 oz. Hamachi Sushi rice, royal fern, sesame marinated spinach, sesame soy, carrots, pickled daikon, yuzukosho pepper paste, organic chicken egg.
This dish is based on the traditional Korean dish known as bibimbop. Chef Morimoto is a fan of using this hot stone bowl preparation and has used it in 2 of his iron chef battles.
