1) At dx and q2years after –> test for anti-thyroid antibodies using TSH and thyroid peroxidase. If kid has goiter do test q6-12 months
2) celiac disease if symptoms are present using tissue transglutaminase and IGA levels
3) adrenal insufficiency as clinically indicated, using 8am serum cortisol and Na+ and K+
