- Name badge (ALWAYS, even if you get a site badge)
- Short white coat with UCPAP logo (unless you’re like in the OR or your preceptor says no)

- Finish EOR Site Eval
- Finish EOR Preceptor Eval
- Pass EOR with a 75%

- Notify your preceptor immediately
- Notify Davis within 48h
You are injured at a rotation site. Where do you go for care?
Wherever a normal employee/student goes per the clinical site
