- Fingers - polyarthritis, SAUSAGE FINGERS
- Raynaud phenonmenon
- BIRD LIKE facies
- ROMAN BREASTPLATE chest
- Lung - fibrosis, Cor pulmonale
- Heart - Pulm artery hypertension, pericarditis
- GIT - esophageal dysmobility, GERD, malabsorption
- Renal - Scleroderma renal crisis, ARF, high creatinine and proteinuria (rx: ACE inhibitors)
Skin/tissue - fibrosed and contacted

Pulmonary fibrosis
Previously renal failure (creatinine and proteinuria)- now rx by ACE inhibitors
