People who buy Lexus go back to Lexus. Scion funnels to Toyota. Brings in younger demographic. Dealership inside a dealership. Distinction. When people need space for kids etc, they can move into a car that works. Like Sienna. Scion Boost so they are used to servicing here.
Scion shows about a ___% return rate. They return to buy a Scion or a Toyota.

What is Pure Pricing?
Price you see is price you pay. No negotiation.
How do you NOT want to frame Pure Price?
“It is what it is. They don’t discount them.”

What do active military and recent college grads get with scion?
Rebate AND Tier 1 Finance rate (with no derogatory credit) through Toyota Financial Services (TFS).
- Rebates vary.
- *Must graduate within last 2 years or in the next 6 months with a letter from adviser.
- **Must be active duty military. Not reserve. Not retired.
When do you need to present pure price?
Early in the process. NOT right before negotiation.
Should you assume the guest knows about Pure Price?
No and even if they do, it’s good to reinforce it.

No factory options. Easy to customize vehicle with port / dealer installed accessories.
*Changes available are paint color and transmission type. With exception to the unique build, limited run with limited color and equipment that’s not normally available. (10 Series, Release Series, Monogram Series, etc)
If the display inside vehicle has a MAP button, what should you do?
Press it. If it gives you map, you have Nav. If not, you don’t. Don’t assume it has navigation and make sure the customer understands it does not have navigation.
